At Easy Music Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund without restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
